Outdoor adventures await! I felt like a fearless mountaineer as I conquered the Jizera Mountains, thanks to the hostel's location in natural surroundings. The breathtaking beauty of Krkonose National Park and Jested left me in awe. And with free WiFi, I could instantly share my epic feats with the world!
Distance from city center.

The value for money is excellent; the location from town centre is 20 mins by foot if walking around the scenic reservoir - allow another 10 minutes at night, if taking the road. The room clean - and £12 for single room plus shared bathroom - wow!

Room was cheap and the building is in the midst of being renovated, so our room and part of the hostel was brand new.
- The building is in the midst of being renovated, so around and part of the building looks like a construction site. - There were seedy older men (whom we presume were the builders) sitting around near the entrance and stared at us in a dirty way when we walked in and out. - The lady who checked us in didn't speak any english, although we were lucky she had a friend there who did. - The area is quite industrial and didn't feel very safe. - The pillows were extremely old and lumpy; we slept on rolled up sweaters - No toilet paper in the toilets!

The hostel's outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities was an absolute delight. It felt like having a private backyard oasis where I could relax and enjoy delicious grilled meals. The atmosphere was so cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, with the breathtaking natural surroundings of the Jizera Mountains, it felt like dining in the heart of nature.
Inconvenient location, limited buses.

I had a great value for my money at Inter Hostel. The room was clean and had a fridge and TV. The location was convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the University. The staff at the reception were awesome.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The hostel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decorations that made me feel right at home. The general areas, like the terrace and garden, were lovely and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. The staff were helpful and kind, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay.
I would have loved to see some activities or entertainment specifically designed for senior guests, like organized outings or games.

the rooms were decent and provided a refrigerator and TV. the location of the hostel was also a major advantage, as it was close to a bus stop with buses running every 20-30 minutes, making it easy to reach the city center in just 15 minutes.
That the hostel was a bit far from the city center, which meant a longer walk or relying on public transportation. On weekends, there were fewer buses available, so I had to walk more often.

The decoration at the hostel was lovely, with warm and cozy colors that created a welcoming atmosphere. The general areas such as the terrace and garden were well-maintained and provided peaceful spots for relaxation. As a senior, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hostel, including well-lit hallways and smooth floors for walking without any obstacles.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or services specifically tailored for senior guests. While the overall experience was enjoyable, it would have been nice to have some activities or amenities that catered to the needs and preferences of older individuals.
